The Last of Us – Clicker
Cinematic Teaser | Personal Project
As a fan of The Last of Us franchise, this project began as a personal tribute to one of the most iconic infected creatures in the game: the Clicker.
The goal was not only to recreate the character, but to build a small cinematic experience around it. I designed a short teaser-style sequence where the creature is revealed gradually through several scenes, using shadows, silhouettes, and partial details before finally appearing fully on screen with a final scream.
The character was sculpted in ZBrush, where I focused on capturing the organic forms and disturbing anatomy that define the Clicker. The model was then integrated into Character Creator for rigging and preparation for animation.
The cinematic environment and final shots were created in Unreal Engine, which I used for environment setup, lighting, camera work, and real-time cinematic editing.
I also developed a full storyboard to guide the visual narrative and pacing of the teaser.
This has been one of my most ambitious personal projects so far, pushing me to combine character creation, cinematic storytelling, and real-time production workflows.
